Our recipes (to the left) emphasize fresh, healthy and flavorful ingredients, and ease of preparation. All recipes contain ingredients that can be found at a regular grocery store, and are also completely free of dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts and seafood. Most are also free of corn.

Every recipe is kid tested and impressive enough to serve for a dinner party.  I hope you enjoy them!
